Google Honors JNK Products Trademarks

In a letter dated Wednesday, February 28, 2007 Google, Inc notified JNK Products, LLC that they have accepted JNK Products’ trademark information and will deny advertisers seeking to use any trademark belonging to JNK Products, LLC.

The recent decision by Google, Inc has left at least one outstanding issue pending. A leading online auction site is using a clear misspelling of the JNK Products trademark in one of their online advertisements. The above referenced letter also indicates that Google, Inc will review these ads as well –but no final decision has been made.
