EpoArmor ®
Flake is the premier multi-part epoxy garage floor coating on the
market. EpoArmor is as much as 12 times thicker than other garage floor
coating products on the market and requires less surface preparation.
EpoArmor Features a 28 Mil total thickness with 24 Mils* of Flexible
Garage floor epoxy and 4 Mils of a specially formulated Urethane.
Many Epoxies on the market share a common problem that leads to common
results. Many Epoxies experience peeling, flaking, hot tire lifting, and
a general degradation of their epoxy garage floor coatings. EpoArmor®
Flake fixes these issues by doing what nobody in the market has:
l A thick layer of
flexible epoxy
l A top layer of
aliphatic urethane
l Because this
epoxy garage floor covering is protected, when the urethane
begins to wear you can simply add another layer of urethane.
l EpoArmor is self
priming
l Bottom Line 2
Part Epoxy + 2 Part Urethane + Color Flakes = Satisfied Customer
Covering Your Garage Floor With Copy Paper!
Many Garage Floor Epoxy Coatings are less then 4 mils thick. A Piece
of 20# copy paper by comparison is 4 Mils thick. Some coatings are about
half that thick! What is a Mil Anyway? How thick is 4 Mil? 4 Mil. =
101.6 Microns = .01016 Millimeters = 1/500 inch (About 1 sheet of 20#
copy paper).
EpoArmor by contrast is 24 mils thick with just the epoxy alone!

Before You Consider Purchasing any other
Epoxy Garage Floor Coating Systems you need to know the
following:
EpoArmor ® is a three part system and all three parts are tough
enough to hold up to the harshest garage conditions. The first
layer is a flexible 2 part epoxy. The second layer is a two part
aliphatic urethane. The third layer is color flakes that are
added for decoration and traction for a Total System Thickness
(excluding flakes) of 28 mils. |

In addition to the colors below, you can
combine various colors of Color flakes for a custom or
blended color. NOTE: EPOARMOR can be installed with a
translucent Grit in the Urethane instead of flakes or in
addition to them! |

* Mil thickness based on smooth surface. A typical
garage may see about a 10%decrease in actual thickness based on surface
texture and conditions. Rough or irregular surfaces will have a lower
net thickness because some of the material will be used in filling the
voids.
