FAQs

When will my order ship?

Shipping time varies from product to product. A floor tile we have in stock will probably ship the next day. A garage mat may take two weeks to ship, and a custom mat can take as long as 5 weeks. See product pages for specifics.

Delivery

If possible, products are shipped Airborne Express, UPS or FedEx utilizing their ground services. In some cases products will be shipped common carrier and you will need to unload the truck. Look for a * on larger products and read notes carefully.

Returns

The cost of freight and custom nature of many of the products we sell make returns difficult if not impossible. Please make sure you order the correct product. Read our terms and conditions for details.
