Garage floor tile is a popular alternative to garage floor finishes such as
epoxy and paint. This installation of a garage floor tile requires little to no
floor preparation, requires no adhesives, no exposure to fumes or toxic
chemicals and no waiting period before you can drive on the garage floor again.
Additionally, garage floor tiles can be installed in any climate at practically
any temperature all year round. While some garage floor coatings fail do to hot
tire lifting, garage floor tiles are not usually subject to this. Additionally,
based on installation estimates from manufacturers across the spectrum, many
garage floors can be installed in less than a day by the average homeowner.
"The consumer is dealing with a garage floor tile market where until now
they have been forced to make a choice. They can choose between a low grade,
often imported, yet affordable garage floor tile or a high end, extremely
expensive product that will provide them the performance they need. We believe
our product offers the highest level of performance at a price point the
consumer can afford. We believe our new product to be the best value on the
market" Stated Justin Krauss, Operations Manager.
"If you walk into your local warehouse grocery store and purchase a tile for
$2.50 a square foot you are looking at an investment of about $1,200 for the
average two car garage (480 Sq. Ft.) That same garage in one of our new high end
tiles would only cost $1435. If you amortize the $235 difference over our 12
year warranty period you are looking at an additional under $20 a year –and that
assumes that a lower end tile will hold up as long as outs" Continued
