20 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
Effective for purchases after 3/20/06

If your not happy with your purchase you may return it for full credit  less any shipping costs.¹

The 20-day customer satisfaction guarantee applies to new products purchased at JNKProducts.com at our retail price.

The customer will receive a 100% credit less our original actual cost¹ of shipping.  The customer will be responsible for costs of returning the shipment and making arrangements with the carrier of their choice.  The product must be in new condition and in it's original packaging.

The satisfaction guarantee applies to the original purchaser within 20 calendar days of delivery.  The guarantee does not apply to clearance items, custom car floor mats or custom cut garage flooring but does apply to standard size garage flooring.  There is a $7.50 repackaging fee per box on all garage floor tiles effective 10/20/06.

The refund will be issued in the form of an in house credit that may be used at JNKProducts.com or any of our sister companies.

You must call 877-873-3736 and advise them that you are a customer wishing to take advantage of the 20 day customer satisfaction guarantee. 

¹ Actual cost of shipping is the greater of the $10 handling fee or the amount JNK Products is charged for shipping by the shipper or shipping company.
