Our Guarantee

The guarantee applies only to orders in the Contiguous United States

"If you find a lower, total delivered price before you make a purchase, we will match the total delivered price.  Even after you have made the purchase your price is guaranteed.  If you find a lower, total delivered price within 10 days of making the purchase, we will refund the difference.  This Guarantee does not apply to Coleman or O'Sullivan products until November 30, 2006"

We promise you:

• We search the internet daily to make sure our prices our the lowest in the industry. 

• If we find a lower price we revise our pricing right away. 

• We have no hidden costs. 

• What you see is what you pay. 

• You do not pay extra for shipping, handling, overweight items, or any other additional fees, except where they are presented to you as an option 

Details of the Guarantee

To take advantage of our guarantee, call our sales line at 877-873-3736  Direct us to the website or appropriate material displaying the lower cost and we will process your order with the new, lower cost.  If you find a lower, total delivered price within 10 days after making a purchase, call our sales line, and we will refund the difference.

We define total delivered price as the price of the product, plus actual delivery costs, taxes, fees, charges and other costs of making the purchase.  Our guarantee applies to stores or internet sites that are open the general public without membership.  Our guarantee does not apply to closeouts, auctions, or other non-standard prices.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at any time.

We do not charge any "extra" fees.  However, we are obligated to collect sales tax if you live in the state of Colorado.

Buyer Beware

We have found that most of our competitors are fair and honest business people.  Many of them are family owned and operate just like JNK Products, LLC.  However in some cases, we have found some practices that you should be aware of:

• Always get exact freight costs upfront.  Never agree to have freight charges billed later.

• In many cases shipping on an item can be well over $100.00.  We have included that cost in our prices.  Others have not.  Always get exact shipping prices before you order. 

• In some cases, there are additional costs for special colors, overweight items, packaging, etc.  Make sure you understand all extra fees before ordering.  At JNK products, we have eliminated the need to understand extra fees, because we don't have any. 

• If you are buying online, make sure you know the address and phone number of the company you are buying from.

• If the brand name of the product is not listed, make sure you understand that the product could be generic.  Always compare apples to apples.

• Pay attention to a company's Privacy Policy.  We do not share or sell your information.

• Pay attention to the quality of the company's website.  If their website looks sloppy, is overflowing with typos, or they are constantly bombarding you with pop-up ads, you may want to rethink your purchase.
