Liquid Rubber Roof Repair - Metal Roof Coating

Order Liquid Rubber
2-Year Warranty

Applying coating for a metal roof is not complicated, but taking care of all of the details and all of the prep work can be. Liquid Rubber installation is much easier than other metal roof coating systems because it requires only one coat, no primers and is an EPDM based product.

Liquid Rubber can be installed directly over aged metal surfaces. In many cases, you can go over rust without the use of a primer. Unlike water-based products, you can achieve a 30 mil dry thickness in one coat. There is no need for a base coat or primer, and the Liquid Rubber material can be sprayed, rolled, brushed or spread with a roofing squeegee.

How Liquid Rubber Compares

Traditional EPDM
EPDM is a high quality roofing product that has been used for years. Using Liquid Rubber you get all of the benefits of EPDM without the need for seams, fasteners, or highly specialized details. Sheet EPDM is typically not installed over a metal roof but Liquid EPDM Liquid Rubber can be.

Water-Based Elastomeric Coatings
Liquid Rubber gives you the same elastomeric properties as water-based elastomeric coatings, but it is an EPDM-based product. When you are finished, you will have a rubber roofing material. While the job is in progress, Liquid Rubber is resistant to water even before it cures and is not affected by cold temperatures during transport. Liquid Rubber can be installed in a single coat up to 30 mil dry film thickness.
