Our white elastomeric roof coating is the perfect mobile home roof repair product. Mobile home roofing is easy with just two coats of our 10-Year elastomeric roofing!  Simply clean the roof of your mobile home and scrape up and loose or peeling coating or caulk. Then coat your mobile home roof with our high quality rubber like elastomeric roof coating.

Surface Preparation

Clean Your Mobile Home Roof - Sweep off all dirt, dust, and debris. Remove rust, mildew, oil, grease, or other foreign material on the surface of the mobile home. Allow freshly applied asphalt roofs to cure a minimum of 4 weeks prior to applying this coating. Scrub mobile home roof with roof cleaner or bleach solution (1 part chlorine bleach and 3 parts water). Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry.

Packaging

* At time of manufacturing, containers are filled to maximum. However, due to the reduction in volume that occurs after cooling and settling, the actual volume may be less.

Application

• Mobile Home Roofing: When coating a mobile home roof it is extremely important to remove all dust, dirt, and embedded clay to assure proper adhesion. Thoroughly scrub roof surface with roof cleaner or bleach solution (1 part chlorine bleach and 3 parts water) and pressure wash entire roof surface. Use a wide tip on pressure washer to prevent tearing roof material. Allow surface to dry. It is very important to make sure your mobile home roof is structurally sound before walking on it. Additionally, to prevent mold and mildew isssues it is always recommended that you repair any water damage and replace  any wet insulation or drywall.

• APPLYING MOBILE HOME ROOF COATING: Stir pail thoroughly. Do not dilute. For best results apply White Elastomeric Roof Coating with a soft brush, 3/4&quo; nap paint roller, or high pressure sprayer (Tip Size: .021 to .025). For optimum performance, durability and warranty purposes, apply a second coat.

• NOTE: This product is not recommended for gravel, dead level (flat), or shingled roof surfaces.

Drying Time

• Dries to the touch in 2-3 hours. Allow 6-8 hours before applying a second coat.

Clean Up

• Wash tools with water before material dries.

Weather Conditions

• Application temperature must be a minimum of 60 °F and rising. Do not apply when temperature is expected to drop below 60 °F within a 24 hour period.
•  In areas where dew or fog accumulates in the early evening, it is best to coat in the morning.
  Stop coating by early afternoon (3:00 pm) to prevent wash off, which will occur if dew, fog, or rain arrives before coating dries.
• Do not apply if rain is imminent or forecast within 24 hours of application.

Coverage (Approximate)

• One 4.75-gallon pail will coat approximately 250- 350 square feet of roof surface
