Use of Information

Because we are not the manufacturer of the items sold, we rely on manufacturers representations as to the specifications of the products sold. All information provided on this site is believed to be accurate. All information is provided as is, and by using this site you agree to hold JNK Products, (Par 4, LLC), its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless for any information provided. All information, including, but not limited to, text, pictures, forms, and code are property of JNK Products, (Par 4, LLC) unless otherwise stated. This information shall not be copied, used, or shared without the express written consent of JNK Products.

Credit & Debit Card Charges or Checking Account Payment

By making a purchase on this site, you agree to have your account charged for said purchase at the time of sale. In consideration of this charge, your order will be processed¹ within 1 business day. You agree to terms and conditions as well as shipping times posted on this site.

Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of the products we sell, orders may not be cancelled except as stated below. An order may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase if that order has not been shipped, cut, packaged or otherwise processed. Cancelled Orders are subject to a 10% fee unless they are cancelled the same day.

Except as noted in the Satisfaction Guarantee, All Sales Are Final. JNK Products is a marketer of manufactured products. As such, we are unable to accept returns except as noted under our 20 day satisfaction guaratee. We pride ourselves in having satisfied customers and will attempt to assist in facilitating returns with the manufacturers to the extent made possible by the manufacturer. In the event that we are able to arrange a return to the manufacturer, you may be credited the amount of the purchase less
actual delivery costs and restocking fees. Restocking fees may be as much as 50%. In the event we agree to accept a return, credit will only be issued if the product is unopened and in perfect retail condition. There are absolutely no returns on custom products, products that have been used or garage flooring. Prior to making a return, if authorized, customer must obtain a return authorization number.

While it is our policy not to accept returns, you may make an exception by using the following URL http://www.jnkproducts.com/returnrequest.htm NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CONDITION UNLESS THE ABOVE MENTION FORM IS FILLED OUT.

Refused Orders

Orders that are refused will be treated as unauthorized returns. The purchaser will be charged all freight charges, including refusal service charges and additional freight to transport back, and a restocking fee of no less than 25% and no greater than 50% at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

Your information is private. We will not provide it to any company for any reason. The only exceptions would be to collect a debt or provide assistance to law enforcement agencies. JNK Products reserves the right to use third party payment processing and assures the user that information is confidential.

Right to Remedy

While we strive to provide 100% of our orders in a complete and timely fashion, a small percentage of errors may occur. In the event that we make an error the customer agrees that we have the right to correct that error by providing the product that was originally ordered with no further compensation. The customer agrees to assist in any reasonable way during this process.

¹Processing a sale means that the order will be entered and shipped if the product is at our location. If the product is shipped manufacturer direct, processed means that the order will be entered and transmitted to the manufacturer. Please refer to our shipping policies for time for delivery.

Damaged Goods or Incorrectly Shipped Goods

In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via fax, email, or US mail within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied. You may be required to provide a picture. In the event that replacement merchandise is sent prior to defective or damaged merchandise being shipped; or in the event of failure to return over-shipments (due to lost and then found merchandise), or damaged product, your credit card may be charged and then refunded after the problem is corrected. JNK Products shall have the right to replace or refund, at its option, any missing, damaged or incorrectly shipped goods and the customer shall take all reasonable actions to facilitate the exchange of any damaged, missing or incorrectly shipped goods.

Warranties

JNK Products provides no warranties, expressed, or implied to the end-user including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty. For warranty information the end-user should contact the manufacturer. We would be happy to obtain a written copy of a manufacturers warranty on your behalf. If you would like us to do so please contact us at the address, phone or email above.

Some states provide additional protections in addition to the protections stated above. The section above has substantial legal implications and limits your recourse in that you must deal directly with the manufacturer for the repair or replacement of your merchandise.

Manufacturer Defects

Not withstanding the above, If you have a product that is defective on receipt We will work with the manufacturer to have it replaced. Such defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Delivery and Shipping

All products are shipped via the least expensive method available which may include UPS, FedEx, Common Carrier, LTL, Airborne Express or other carrier. Shipping times vary and may be as long as 6 weeks (see specific products for details). It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure that the address they have provided is accessible using the delivery method chosen. Purchaser will be responsible for any and all charges incurred because of poor or limited access, delay, or refusal. These charges will be charged via your original payment method. Purchaser may be required to unload common carrier, LTL, or FedEx Freight deliveries. Free and $10 Flat Shipping Rate applies only to orders in contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Unless specified otherwise, you authorize FedEx, UPS or DHL to leave packages at your door without signature. Freight carriers may have to have product unloaded curbside depending on the carriers specific rules and regulations.

Legal and Collection Costs

The purchaser agrees to be liable for any and all collection or legal costs resulting from the purchaser's failure to pay, additional delivery or return charges and any and all legal or collection costs incurred by JNK Products, (Par 4, LLC) as a result, directly or indirectly of a consumer purchase.

International Orders

JNK Products pricing is for sales inside the United States. If possible, JNK products is happy to arrange for shipment out of the United States so long as it is in compliance with all laws. The customer will be responsible any and all fees including but not limited too freight, taxes, brokerages fees, tariffs, disbursement fees, etc.

Laws and Dispute Resolution

All purchases, contracts and agreements made are made under Colorado Law. In the event of a dispute the jurisdiction for resolving the dispute shall be Mesa County, CO. In the event of a dispute parties agree to seek mediation. In the event legal action must be taken, the non-prevailing party shall be liable for attorney's fees to the prevailing party.

Comments

Orders are automated. Comments made on orders are non-binding and JNK Products, (Par 4, LLC) is under no obligation to meet any requests made in the comment section.

Severability Clause

The provisions of these terms are hereby declared to be severable and if any clause, sentence, word, section or provision is declared void or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any portion of these terms other than said part of portion thereof.

JNK Products Claims of being the largest online distributor of BLT and other garage flooring products are based on known sales figures of known competitors who are primarily in the business of selling garage flooring online.
