Return Authorization Request

Using the wrong form will delay your request or make it impossible to process.
In some cases we are able to get the manufacturer to make an exception. While this is rare, if the return is approved there will be shipping and restocking costs involved --except in cases of shipping errors and damage.
THIS FORM AND THE ABOVE PARAGRAPH IN NO WAY OVERRIDES OUR POLICY BELOW OR AS STATED ELSEWHERE. WE ARE SIMPLY STATING THAT AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE WE CAN MAKE A REQUEST.

Returns
All Sales Are Final. PAR4, LLc. is a marketer of manufactured products and has the products shipped directly from the manufacturer. As such, we are unable to accept returns. We pride ourselves in having satisfied customers and will attempt to assist in facilitating returns with the manufacturers to the extent made possible by the manufacturer. In the event that we are able to arrange a return to the manufacturer, you may be credited the amount of the purchase less actual delivery costs and restocking fees. Restocking fees may be as much as 50%. In the event we agree to accept a return, credit will only be issued if the product is unopened and in perfect retail condition. There are absolutely no returns on custom products, products that have been used or garage flooring. Prior to making a return, if authorized, customer must obtain a return authorization number.
Refused Orders
Orders that are refused will be treated as unauthorized returns. The purchaser will be charged all freight charges, including refusal service charges and additional freight to transport back, and a restocking fee of no less than 25% and no greater than 50% at our discretion.
Damaged Goods or Incorrect Goods
In the event that you receive goods that are damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via fax, email, or US mail within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied. You may be required to provide a picture. In the event that replacement merchandise is sent prior to defective or damaged merchandise being shipped; or in the event of failure to return over-shipments (due to lost and then found merchandise), or damaged product, your credit card may be charged and then refunded after the problem is corrected.

Warranties
PAR4, LLC provides no warranties, express, or implied to the end-user including, but not limited to, warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty. For warranty information the end-user should contact the manufacturer.
Delivery and Shipping
All products are shipped via the least expensive method available which may include UPS, FedEx, Common Carrier, LTL, Airborne Express or other carrier. Shipping times vary and may be as long as 6 weeks (see specific products for details). It is the purchaser's responsibility to make sure that the address they have provided is accessible using the delivery method chosen. Purchaser will be responsible for any and all charges incurred because of poor or limited access, delay, or refusal. These charges will be charged via your original payment method. Purchaser may be required to unload common carrier, LTL, or FedEx Freight deliveries.>
This policy applies only to orders in contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Legal and Collection Costs
The purchaser agrees to be liable for any and all collection or legal costs resulting from the purchaser's failure to pay, additional delivery or return charges and any and all legal or collection costs incurred by PAR4, LLC as a result, directly or indirectly of a consumer purchase.
International Orders
PAR4,LLc. pricing is for sales inside the United States. If possible, PAR4,LLc. is happy to arrange for shipment out of the United States so long as it is in compliance with all laws. The customer will be responsible any and all fees including but not limited too freight, taxes, brokerages fees, tariffs, disbursement fees, etc.
Laws and Dispute Resolution
All purchases, contracts and agreements made are made under Colorado Law. In the event of a dispute the jurisdiction for resolving the dispute shall be Mesa County, CO. In the event of a dispute parties agree to seek mediation. In the event legal action must be taken, the non-prevailing party shall be liable for attorney's fees to the prevailing party.
Severability Clause
The provisions of these terms are hereby declared to be severable and if any clause, sentence, word, section or provision is declared void or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, it shall not affect any portion of these terms other than said part of portion thereof.
Privacy Policy
Your information is private. We will not provide it to any company for any reason. The only exceptions would be to collect a debt or provide assistance to law enforcement agencies. PAR4,LLc. reserves the right to use third party payment processing and assures the user that information is confidential.
1Processing a sale means that the order will be entered and shipped if the product is at our location. If the product is shipped manufacturer direct, processed means that the order will be entered and transmitted to the vendor. Please refer to our shipping policies for time for delivery.
