Floor Protection Products Floor protection products are shipped from Emporia, KS. Standard orders take five to 10 business days to process, pull and package. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, Airborne Express, or common carrier. Tracking numbers are available after 10 business days by request on standard items. Custom orders and all non-standard sizes (market with *) can take three to five weeks to cut. Please note that 10' standard and HD grade products may be shipped common freight. If they are shipped common freight you may be required to unload the truck. Liquid Rubber & Liquid Roof Orders under 15 gallons are typically shipped within a couple of business days. Such orders are shipped FedEx or UPS ground. Larger orders may take additional time to process and will ship common carrier. Common carrier orders must be unloaded by the customer and the customer is responsible for making sure that tractor trailer size vehicles have access to their location. This product ships from Denver, PA. Tracking numbers are available after 7 business days by request. Garage Storage Products Garage Storage Products are shipped manufacturer direct. Often these products will come in multiple shipments. Stock orders are typically shipped within 2 or 3 business days. Backorders can take 4-6 weeks to resolve since the products come from overseas. They ship Common Carrier, Freight, UPS or FedEx ground. Homeowner may be required to help unload truck. In the event of a backorder you will be contacted. Products ship from various warehouses and may arrive in separate shipments on separate days. Tracking numbers are available after 7 business days by request. All Products Times quoted are estimates and are subject to delay due to, but not limited to the following reasons: temporary inventory shortage, acts of God, weather conditions, loss in transit, method of payment, address verification, order discrepancy, non-receipt of order due to electronic or clerical issues, material shortages, or improper information.
